Boxing returns to Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, California on Saturday, June 24 as undefeated Las Vegas prospect Devin Haney (15-0 10 KOs) and some of the best local talent in the southern California will be featured. Haney will take on Erik Daniel Martinez (13-7-1, 7 KOs) of Tijuana in an eight round lightweight bout headlining the 73 edition of World Fighting Championship (WFC).
Also in the card are local prospect Javier Padilla (2-0, 2 KOs) of Rancho Mirage who is managed and trained by Joel Diaz and Dominic Serna Jr. (1-0, 1 KO) who is managed by former two-time world champion Tim Bradley. Padilla will be featured on a four-round featherweight bout and Serna Jr. will face Jose Fabian Naranjo (3-6-1) in a four-round featherweight bout. Edgar Martinez, another one of Bradley’s managed boxer will take on Mario Aguirre in a four- round lightweight bout.
