Garcia will be moving up in weight to 140 to challenge Broner as Mikey is coming off a devastating knockout over Dejan Zlaticanin in winning the WBC 135 pound title. For Broner he is coming off a questionable decision win over Adrian Granados.

"Broner is a very good fighter. He has great skills, speed, power, footwork. Depending on which Adrien Broner shows up. Lets see what kind of fight we have," Mikey Garcia told Southern California Boxing.com "This can launch my career with a win,"

"I am feeling good. I am taking this fight serious. I will show you all that I am still one of the best," Broner told Southern California Boxing.com "This is one of those, I told you so. I will fuck him up!"
