Mikey Garcia Dominates Adrien Broner

Three-division world champion Mikey Garcia (37-0, 30 KO's) of Moreno Valley, California by way of Oxnard was dominant against four-division world champion Adrien Broner (33-3, 24 KOs) of Cincinnati, Saturday night at the Barclays Center, in Brooklyn New York on the Showtime Championship Boxing main event.

Garcia boxed a clinic through 12 rounds as showcasing fundamentally sound technique and backing Broner into the ropes midway through the second frame. A flurry of body shots put Broner. Garcia showed a combination of jabs, power punches and body shots all night long. Garcia landed jabs, power punches and body shots all night long.

Judges scored the bout 117-111 and 116-112 twice.
