
Undefeated NABF super featherweight champion Ryan "The Flash" Garcia (14-0, 13 KO) of Victorville, California hosted a media workout Thursday afternoon at Legendz Boxing Gym in Norwalk, California as he prepares to take on Puerto Rico's Jayson "La Maravilla" Velez (26-4-1, 18 KOs) in the 10-round bout on Friday May 4th at the Stub Hub Center headlining a special edition of Golden Boy Boxing on ESPN.
“Without a doubt, Velez is the most experienced fighter I have faced. I will do something more amazing this time. I will show my boxing skills,”

Also participating in the workout will be Seniesa "Super Bad" Estrada (12-0, 2 KOs), who will return in an eight-round flyweight fight.
“I recently fought and I fought a tough opponent but I got right back to the gym. Training camp has been good. I have prepared well. Expect an exciting fight,”
Marvin Cabrera (7-0, 5 KOs) will be on the card as he fight in an eight-round super welterweight bout.
“Camp was good and I’m training strong I learned a lot in this camp. I sparred with Jaime Munguia This has been good,”

Garden City, Kansas' Richard "Kansas Kid" Acevedo (1-0, 1 KO) will fight in a four-round super welterweight bout.
