Former welterweight world champion Victor Ortiz(32-6-3, 25 knockouts) has been charged with multiple felony counts of sexual assault, according to Oxnard police. Ortiz is scheduled to fight John Molina Jr. of La Verne this Sunday at the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, California on the PBC on FSI main event.
Ortiz posted bail and was released is fight for Sunday is still pending.
