
Bash Boxing in association with Up Next Fighting (UNF) is proud to announce the return of NEXTGEN Boxing, the upstart boxing series launched to develop and showcase boxing at all levels with a higher standard of matchmaking, promotion, marketing, and media visibility.
NEXTGEN 3 will take place on Friday, October 20th, at the Commerce Casino in Commerce, California.
In a collaboration with UNF and its unique brand of live sports entertainment presentation and production, along with over 150 shows worth of experience from Bash Boxing, NEXTGEN Boxing promises to deliver an unparalleled live boxing experience for fight fans.
The main event will feature the return of Vlad “Super Bad” Panin (16-1, 9 KOs) as he takes on Argentinian “Papelito” Victoriano Antonio Santillan (11-6-2, 8KOs) in an 8-round welterweight battle. The fan favorite Panin returns to the ring after participating in the Team Combat League, including a showdown with former WBA Light Middleweight World Champion, Austin Trout. Santillan is coming off a 6th round upset stoppage of French prospect Benjamin Dubois (11-1).

The co-main event will feature a patented NEXTGEN 50/50 matchup of Southern California prospects as undefeated Mylik Birdsong (14-0-1, 10KOs) takes on fellow undefeated Jose Vargas Quintana (8-0, 6KOs) in a welterweight bout over 8 rounds. Birdsong returns after a 16 month layoff while the Columbian Quintana now makes Chino, California his home and is looking to make a statement in his U.S. debut. Both fighters are aiming for a statement victory and bragging rights for who is the top welterweight in Southern California.

• Jessie Mandapat (8-1, 5KO) - 122lb prospect from Anaheim, CA
• Brook Sibrian - pro debut of 2x national champion out of Palm Springs
• Kalyl Gustavo Martins Da Silva (2-0) – The son of UFC legend Anderson Silva, Gustavo is looking to build his own legacy in boxing with his 3rd professional win.
• Enkhmandakh Kharkhuu (1-0) - Hot prospect from Mongolia, who will look to notch his 2nd win in 3 months when he takes on undefeated Hector Ivan Valdes Pena (4-0-1).
• Gurjant Singh (1-0, 1KO) - Originally from India, but now training out of Long Beach’s JackRabbit Boxing, Gurjant will face off against fellow undefeated fighter, Eric Favis Argueta Lozado (1-0-1).
• Kennedy Serrano (0-0-1) – The Los Angeles based fighter will look to make his U.S. debut against China’s Hongke Zeng (1-1).
• Deni Davtian - Debut of 6’4” Armenian / Ukrainian Light Welterweight
