Caleb Plant Jermall Charlo Media Workout

Super middleweight stars Caleb Plant and Jermall Charlo kicked off fight week as they held a media workout Wednesday as they co-headline PBC Championship Boxing on Prime Video in separate bouts this Saturday, May 31 from Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Plant will take on Armando Reséndiz, of Nayarit, Mexico while Charlo faces veteran contender Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna live on Prime Video.

CALEB PLANT

“It feels great to be here back on the big stage again. I’ve been in nothing but world title fights and title eliminators since 2017, so I’m ready to show out.

“I never get too high or too low. I’m focused and even-keeled. I’m locked in. We had a great training camp and I’m ready to whoop ass.

ARMANDO RESENDIZ

The workout also featured top middleweight contenders Yoenli Feliciano Hernandez and Kyrone “Shut It Down” Davis, as they will square off in a 10-round bout, Isaac “La Bestia” Lucero and hard-hitting Omar Valenzuela, who match up in a super welterweight attraction open the stream 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
