Callum Walsh and Omar Trinidad Honored at Santa Anita



Top Undefeated Fighters ‘King’ Callum Walsh and Omar Trinidad along with 360 Promotions President Tom Loeffler were welcomed on Sunday by the Santa Anita Race Track in Arcadia, CA and hosted by Two-Time Kentucky Derby Winning Trainer Doug O’Neil.



Both fighters along with UFC’s fan favorite Tabitha Ricci received a VIP tour of the paddock and were able to interact with the jockey’s and get an up-close view of the horses for that day’s races. All three were introduced in the winner’s circle to the crowd in attendance after the fifth race.



Walsh and Trinidad are headed to New York City next week to fight on Thursday, November 9 for their debut at ‘The Mecca of Boxing’, Madison Square Garden and broadcast live on UFC FIGHT PASS. Ricci will be featured on the huge UFC 295 event on Saturday, November 11 at Madison Square Garden.



“It was a great day and we can’t thank Doug O’Neill and the Santa Anita Race Track for their hospitality,” said Tom Loeffler. “All three fighters have been training very hard and this was a terrific break from the gym for them before their huge fight week at MSG.”

Walsh, (8-0, 7 KOs), makes the second defense of his WBC US Silver Super Welterweight Title against Ismael ‘The Beast’ Villarreal, (13-1, 9 KOs) of Bronx, New York in a scheduled ten rounder


headlining the highly anticipated November 9 event from The Theater at Madison Square Garden and broadcast on UFC FIGHT PASS.



Trinidad, (13-0-1, 9 KOs), of Los Angeles, CA clashes with battle-tested veteran Andrew Bentley, of Irvington, New Jersey in an eight-round featherweight contest.



Also, in the lightweight division, Knockout Machine Cain Sandoval, (10-0, 10 KOs), of Sacramento, CA faces Brooklyn’s Wesley ‘El Bongocero’ Ferrer, with an outstanding record of 17-1-1, 8 KOs, in a scheduled eight-rounder.



Fighting in an eight-round light heavyweight battle, Undefeated Powerhouse Umar Dzambekov, (7-0, 5 KOs), of Los Angeles, CA faces Brooklyn, NY based, Hard-Hitting Frederic ‘The French Revolution’ Julan, (13-2, 10 KOs).



Undefeated Welterweight Crusher Gor Yeritsyan, (16-0, 14 KOs), of Yerevan, Armenia, will battle Luis Alberto ‘Lucho’ Veron, (20-7-2, 9 KOs), of Buenos Aires, Argentina in an eight-round clash.
