
Mexican super lightweight Carlos "Chuko" Diaz (29-1-0, 14 ko’s) of Jalisco, Mexico executed his fight plan, masterfully, from the first round to the end in stopping Eleazar Valenzuela (26-11-0, 16 ko's) in six rounds Saturday night at the Grand Hotel Tijuana headlining Zanfer Promotions card on Azteca."Chuko" Diaz executed his fight plan, masterfully, from the first round to the end fought with great intensity and rhythm in keeping his distance, connecting with precise combinations in stopping Valenzuela.

Nayarit’s featherweight Carlos "Mini" Lopez (14-0-0, 5 ko's) was blunt as he knocked out "Chorizo" Muñiz (14-2-0, 11 ko's) in two rounds. Lopez attacked with power shots, sending him to the canvas with a right as the referee stopped it at 2:02 of the second round.

The ladies opened things up as bantamweight Paulette Valenzuela (10-1-0, 4 ko’s) won a unanimous decision over Margarita “Explosiva” Ángeles (6-7-0, 2 ko’s). Valenzuela dominated the entire fight as all three judges scored the bout 80-72.
