Omar Chavez will face unbeaten Olympian Misael Rodriguez in the 10-round super middleweight main event this Saturday, Jan. 25, at Arena Potosi in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. This all-Mexican clash was initially slated for October 2024, but it was canceled on fight night due to weight issues. Chavez, son of boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez, aims to settle unfinished business with Rodriguez, who captured a 2016 Olympic bronze medal.
Chavez-Rodriguez and undercard bouts will stream live and exclusively in the U.S. on ESPN+ starting at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.
