Triller Wins Lopez Kambosos Purse Bid

Triller Fight Club (TFC) made a major step Thursday morning as it was awarded the purse bid between unified lightweight champion Teófimo López (16-0, 12 KOs) and George Kambosos Jr. (19-0, 10 KOs). The Fight Club is a partnership between Triller and Snoop Dogg and is spearheaded by Ryan Kavanaugh.

“Triller Fight Club is a new entertainment platform which pairs four quadrant entertainment with boxing that even the staunchest purest will love," Kavanaugh said. “This fight will certainly go down as iconic and TFC will make sure it is presented with entertainment for every audience, from the diehard to the casual fan. Lopez is coming off a split decision over Vasyl Lomachenko in winning the WBA & Ring title belts. Kambosos defeated Lee Selby in his last fight.
